Kforce Inc. said it will sell its clinical research business subsidiary to inVentiv Health Inc. of Burlington, Mass., for $50 million in cash, as the Tampa staffing company looks to focus on its core business. "Selling this division is a logical step for us as we continue to narrow our focus, streamline our business mix and concentrate our resources on our core service offerings," Kforce CEO David Dunkel stated. The sale of Kforce Clinical Research should be complete by the end of March.
