Christian "Chris" W. Smith Jr. has been named a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Tarpon Springs. Smith will specialize in residential, luxury and second home properties sales. He is a lifelong resident of Pinellas County and was a former partner and chief executive at Eventsmiths Inc. in New Port Richey.
